Sis' Frozen Fruit Salad
Sis' Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 c. apricot nectar, 10 oz. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed (undrained) and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice, undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring sugar saucepan. Reduce heat simmer until syrupy, minutes.
Cool. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in cooled syrup. Spoon into 18 foil-lined muffin cups and freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
Remove and store in plastic bags. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 18 servings. May be stored up to 1 month.
