Sis' Frozen Fruit Salad
Sis' Frozen Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 c. apricot nectar, 1 (10 oz.) container frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed and undrained and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring sugar and water to a boil in small saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer until syrupy, 8 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in cooled syrup.
Spoon into 18 foil-lined muffin cups and freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
