Sirloin Tips
Sirloin Tips is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. sirloin, cubed in 1-inch pieces, 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed, 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1/3 c. water or beef broth and 1/2 c. dry red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Coat skillet with Pam spray; add garlic.
As pieces brown, remove to 1-quart casserole with a cover.
Add 1/4 cup wine to the skillet.
Saute mushrooms; add to meat.
Microcook wine and mushrooms on High for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, stirring each minute. Cover and bake slowly at 275Β° for 1 hour, until meat is tender.
