Simple Corn Soufflé
Simple Corn Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. miracle soup, 3 eggs, separated, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 350°.
Mix dressing, egg yolks, flour, sugar and pepper in large bowl until smooth.
Stir in corn, cheese and onions.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into corn mixture.
Pour batter into greased 4-cup soufflé dish or 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
