Simple Chicken Italiano
Simple Chicken Italiano is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. thin strip chicken breasts, 3/4 c. reduced calorie italian dressing, 16 oz. pkg. green giant american mixture frozen veggies (california style), hot cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.
Saute until chicken starts to brown.
Add veggies and remaining dressing.
Cover and simmer 7 to 9 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
