Sicilian Steak
Sicilian Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1-inch thick steak or sirloin tips, 1\3 c. italian bread crumbs, 1\3 c. romano pecorino cheese, grated, 1\2 tsp. dalt and dash pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put olive oil on a dinner plate (big enough for steak).
On another plate, mix bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip steak in oil, covering both sides, then on to the bread crumbs, covering both sides. Broil for 10 min, then flip to cook other side.
Serve with Italian bread, butter and a salad.
