Shrimp Terrine Seaside
Shrimp Terrine Seaside is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. raw peeled and deveined shrimp, 3 egg whites, 3 tbsp. chopped chives, 3 tbsp. sliced scallions (green onions) and 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat the oven to 350Β°.
Line an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with enough foil to completely cover the top of the loaf.
Oil the foil.
Place the shrimp in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth, stopping frequently to scrape the sides of the bowl. Add the egg whites, chives, onions, dill weed, salt and pepper; process until the mixture resembles a thick paste.
With the processor running, gradually add the cream.
Process for 1 minute.
