Shrimp Quiche
Shrimp Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, 1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled, 3 eggs, 1 c. half and half cream and 1 c. grated swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook shrimp; drain.
Mix eggs, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Saute onion in butter until soft.
Add to egg mixture along with shrimp.
