Shrimp Pudding
Shrimp Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices day-old bread (thin), 2 c. chopped, cooked shrimp, 1/2 lb. american cheese slices, 4 beaten eggs and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Arrange 6 slices of bread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; remove crusts from bread.
Add half of shrimp and cheese.
Make another layer of bread, shrimp and cheese.
Combine eggs, soup, milk and pepper.
Pour evenly over casserole.
Let stand at least 15 minutes.
Several hours improves flavor.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
Serves 6.
