Shrimp Pie
Shrimp Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled in crab boil and peeled, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. onion, chopped and 1 c. green onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute vegetables in margarine until tender.
Combine cooked vegetables with all other ingredients, except shrimp.
Cook until the soup is smooth.
Add shrimp; cook until hot.
Pour into pie shell; top with second pie shell.
Seal off edges; make slits in top.
Bake at 350Β° until golden brown.
Remove from heat; let stand 20 minutes.
