Shrimp Party Salad
Shrimp Party Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. medium-large cooked and cleaned shrimp, 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. iced water and 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add iced water and tomato soup.
Stir in celery, green pepper and onion. Pour half into lightly-oiled ring mold or small individual molds.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Cut eggs in half.
Press eggs, cut side down, and shrimp into gelatin mold.
Pour balance of gelatin mixture over shrimp and eggs; chill until set.
To serve, unmold on crisp salad greens.
Makes 6 servings.
