Shrimp Mozambique Style
Shrimp Mozambique Style is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 28 large or 48 small shrimp, 1/2 tsp. salt, hot sauce to taste, 1 tbsp. dry parsley and 1 pkg. goya (spanish spice) to give color and taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. First, put the olive oil, margarine and the garlic in a frying pan.
After that, put the shrimp in the frying pan.
Wait until the shrimp change color, then add the salt, hot sauce, parsley and 1/4 cup of beer.
Let it cook for 3 minutes and add the Goya; mix it well and serve it with fries or rice on the side.
