Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 3 tbsp. chopped pimento, 1/3 c. chili sauce and 1/3 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place all ingredients in blender except gelatin and cold water. Blend well. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve over hot water.
Add gelatin to mixture slowly.
May be molded for salad or served as hors d'oeuvres. Garnish with olives and parsley.
Makes 12 to 14 servings.
