Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. water, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 1/2 envelopes gelatin and 3 c. boiled shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix water and gelatin until softened.
Chop shrimp and vegetables fine.
Whip cream cheese until soft and creamy.
Add gelatin and soup, blending well.
Stir in mayonnaise and vegetables.
Add seasonings and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into oiled 4-cup mold; refrigerate overnight.
Unmold on pretty platter.
Serve with crackers.
