Shrimp in the Pink
Shrimp In The Pink is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder with parsley, 1 lb. medium shrimp (uncooked), cleaned and 1 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large skillet, heat oil, margarine and garlic powder and cook shrimp over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until shrimp turns pink.
Remove and set aside.
Add water and milk; bring to boiling.
Stir in noodles and sauce; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Stir in shrimp and green onions.
Heat through.
Makes about 2 servings.
