Shrimp Dip 2
A lavish Gulf Coast-style cold dip of boiled shrimp folded into cream cheese, mayo, lemon, and a little Louisiana hot sauce. Spread on crackers; expect an empty bowl.

Soften cream cheese with lemon juice and sauces.
Beat until smooth.
Add onion, celery, mayonnaise and shrimp which has been chopped into 1/2 to 1-inch bits if large shrimp, or left whole if tiny shrimp.
