Shrimp Creole(Makes 6 Servings) is an impressive dinner. Combine butter, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in a 2- or 3-quart casserole.
Cook, uncovered, on High for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.
Cook, uncovered, on High for 7 minutes, stirring once.
Combine cornstarch with 2 teaspoons cold water.
Stir into casserole.
Cook, uncovered, on High for 3 minutes, stirring once.
Add shrimp.
Cook, uncovered, on High for 2 minutes or until shrimp is piping hot.
Serve with wild rice or plain boiled rice.
