Shrimp Creole - Low-Fat is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked shrimp, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. green pepper, sliced thin, 1/2 c. celery, sliced thin and 2 c. nonfat spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Coat a large saucepan with pan spray.
Saute onions, green pepper and celery until tender.
Stir frequently and add a small amount of water, if necessary, to prevent drying.
Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp.
Heat until sauce just starts to boil. Remove and discard bay leaf.
Reduce heat.
Add shrimp and heat through.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings.
