Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. shrimp (boil 1 to 2 minutes for easier peeling), 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, sliced and 1/4 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Onion, pepper and celery in oil; add flour and stir until smooth like gravy.
Add tomatoes (cut), sauce and seasoning. Simmer 20 minutes.
