Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. minced onion, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 c. diced celery and 1 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large skillet, melt butter.
Saute until limp, onion, bell pepper and celery.
Blend in flour.
Add parsley, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce, salt, tomato paste, tomato sauce, tomatoes and water.
Add bay leaf but remove before serving.
Cook for 30 minutes or until thick.
Stir in shrimp and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
Serves 6.
