Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce, 1 c. water, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine flour and Worcestershire sauce in Dutch oven; add water.
Cook and stir until thickened over medium flame.
Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms, seasonings, tomato sauce, tomatoes and soup.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add shrimp.
Cook until done, approximately 5 minutes.
Serve immediately over hot rice.
Makes 6 servings.
