Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. salad oil, 2 medium onions, sliced, 1 green pepper, cut in strips, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oil in skillet.
Add onion slices and pepper strips and cook until tender.
Blend in flour.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Cover and cook over low heat, 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook shrimp 3 to 5 minutes in boiling water; drain.
Add shrimp to sauce.
Serve over cooked rice.
