Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 12 oz. fresh or frozen shelled shrimp, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 clove garlic, minced and 3 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onion, celery and garlic in oil until tender but not brown.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, Worcestershire, salt, sugar, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.
Simmer uncovered 45 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with cold water; stir into sauce.
Cook and stir until bubbly.
Add shrimp and green pepper.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
