Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. corn oil, 1 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 large green chopped pepper and 3 or 4 garlic buttons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Simmer onions, pepper, celery and garlic in corn oil until soft.
Add seasonings; stir and mix well.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add cornstarch to thicken.
Add shrimp; cook 15 minutes.
Let set 1 hour before serving.
Serve over cooked rice.
