Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 green pepper, diced, 2 onions, diced, parsley flakes and 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine; saute onion and green pepper for a few minutes.
Stir in flour and cook a minute or so.
Add tomatoes and liquid, sugar, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and chili sauce; simmer until thickened and seasonings are blended, approximately 15 minutes.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
