Drop cleaned frozen shrimp into boiling water; return to a rolling boil and boil shrimp for approximately 3 minutes.

Do not overcook.

Drain shrimp in colander.

Rinse in cold water and set aside.

Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, garlic powder, salt, pepper, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce in large pan, preferably an iron skillet.

Add shrimp to hot mixture.

Stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.

(If sauce is thinner than you like, add mixture of 1 teaspoon corn starch in 1/2 cup water.)

Serve over cooked rice.
