Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. green pepper, 1/2 c. onions, peeled and sliced, butter or margarine, 2 tsp. flour and 2 c. canned tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown green pepper, onions, garlic and celery in butter. Combine flour, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper.
Add canned tomatoes, bay leaf and Tabasco.
Simmer all 45 minutes.
The last ten minutes, add small frozen shrimp.
Serve over rice.
