Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. cooked shrimp, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. salad oil, 3/4 c. raw rice and 2 tsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook shrimp and place in a casserole.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and oil; refrigerate.
Cook rice and chill.
Saute pepper and onion in butter; add to rice and shrimp.
Add salt and all the rest of the ingredients except almonds and paprika.
Stir well. Top with almonds and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes.
