Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 2 lb. shrimp, peeled, salt and red pepper, 1 can cream of celery, cream of onion or cream of mushroom soup and 1 stick butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook rice.
Season shrimp with salt and red pepper.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
When transparent, add shrimp and stir-fry until pink.
Add soup; mix up until soup is heated.
Mix with cooked rice.
Butter a baking dish and put mixture in; bake for 30 minutes at 400Β°.
