Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled, cleaned and cooked (small size or cut into small pieces), 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 3 tbsp. chopped onion and 1/4 c. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook vegetables in oleo until tender.
Blend in flour and salt.
Combine soup and milk; add to vegetable mixture and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp pieces and pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
Combine the tablespoon oleo and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 400Β° about 10 minutes.
