Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 1/2 to 3/4 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese cubes and 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
