Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. peeled raw shrimp, 1 stick oleo, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 medium bell pepper, chopped and 1 can french onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt oleo and saute onions until tender.
Add bell peppers; cook a few minutes.
Add soups and chopped tomatoes.
Get all ingredients real hot, then add raw rice and shrimp.
Add parsley flakes.
Pour all this into a 3 to 4-quart casserole dish with cover or a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Spray pan with Pam and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Rice should appear fluffy.
