Stir together cream cheese, shrimp, horseradish and Tabasco. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 16 x 8-inch rectangle.
Spread filling lengthwise over a 14 x 3-inch area in the center of pastry and transfer to a buttered baking sheet.
Brush edges with milk.
Fold the ends over filling and fold the long sides over the filling, overlapping them slightly.
Brush top with remaining milk and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool, slice into strips or triangles.
