Shortcut Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1 can cream of potato soup, 1/2 c. milk and 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In medium saucepan cook bacon until crisp.
Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook onions in reserved drippings until tender.
Add potato soup, milk and undrained clams.
Simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add bacon and garnish with paprika.
