Shortcut Barbecued Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can campbell's condensed tomato soup, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. onion powder and 4 chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.), skinned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a medium bowl, combine soup, honey, mustard and onion powder.
Arrange chicken, bone side up, on rack in broiler pan. Brush chicken with soup mixture.
Broil 6-inches from heat for 30 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once and brushing often with soup mixture during cooking.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
