Shortcake
Shortcake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 2/3 c. pancake mix and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter and set aside.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar to eggs.
Add pancake mix, vanilla and melted butter to eggs-sugar mixture.
Place wax paper in bottom of 10 x 15-inch pan.
Pour into pan and bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes or until puffed and set.
Turn out of pan, then cool.
You may add 3 teaspoons of cocoa, if desired, to pancake mix.
