Shortbread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sweet butter, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend together all the ingredients; form in 2 x 10-inch rolls. Beat egg white; dip rolls in or brush on.
Then roll the rolls in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Refrigerate for better handling. Cut 1/4-inch slices and bake on a greased cookie sheet until brown.
