Short Ribs with Korean-Style Marinade
Short Ribs With Korean-Style Marinade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 tsp. sesame seed and 2 tsp. white vinegar or rice wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. In it place the meat to be marinated.
Marinate overnight, turning bag occasionally.
Remove meat from marinade.
Place marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reducing slightly.
Grill meat over charcoal, basting with marinade.
Grill scallions during last 4 to 5 minutes of cooking time.
