Shoney's Strawberry Pie
Shoney'S Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cornstarch, 2 c. water, 1 small pkg. strawberry jell-o and 2 pt. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil sugar, cornstarch and water 3 minutes.
Add Jell-O to hot mixture (no additional water, just Jell-O only).
Place strawberries in pie shells (can slice strawberries if desired). Pour mixture over strawberries.
Place in refrigerator to congeal, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Top with Cool Whip if desired. Enjoy.
