Shipwreck
Shipwreck is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 onions, chopped, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. cooked rice, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet.
Drain off grease. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been greased, layer meat and onion mixture, then layer the rice, carrots, potatoes and celery. Dilute mushroom soup with 1 1/2 cans of water.
Mix well and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through.
