Sherry Pie
Sherry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. ladyfingers, 1 pkg. plain gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 4 egg yolks and 1/2 c. sugar plus 1/2 c. sugar (each 1/2 used at a different time), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Line two pie pans with ladyfingers.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Beat egg yolks, sugar, salt and sherry.
Put in double boiler and cook until thick.
Add to gelatin.
Beat egg whites and the other 1/2 cup sugar until glossy.
Fold into mixture.
Pour into pie pans.
Let cool.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top!
