Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can lesueur peas, 1 small can julienne carrots and mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry ground beef mixed with onion, salt and pepper until done. Drain grease.
Add peas, carrots and cooking wine.
Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Fix mashed potatoes, approximately 2 cups (fresh or instant).
Spread meat mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and cover with mashed potatoes and top with grated cheese.
Heat in microwave or 350Β° in conventional oven for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
