Sheet Coconut Cake
Sheet Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 can cream of coconut, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 medium container (3 c.) whipped topping and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cake as directed on
9 x 12-inch pan. When cake is done remove from oven.
Punch holes over top of cake with a fork. Mix condensed milk cream of coconut thoroughly and pour while still hot.
Let mixture soak into the cake.
When cake is cool, spread whipped topping over the top and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
