Seventeen's Fabulous Fudge
Seventeen'S Fabulous Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. (small can) undiluted evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 32 regular size marshmallows or 3 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/4 c. butter and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Stir to blend slightly the evaporated milk, sugar, marshmallows, butter and salt.
Bring to a boil over low heat in heavy pan, stirring constantly.
Continue to stir and boil five minutes.
(Mixture will brown slightly.) Remove from heat.
