Seven Minute Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, beaten, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. cold water, 1 1/2 tsp. light syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put all ingredients, except vanilla, in upper double boiler. Mix well by beating with beater.
Cook 7 minutes over boiling water.
Icing is done when it stands in peaks.
Remove from stove.
Add vanilla.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
