Seven Minute Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp. light corn syrup and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, water, egg whites, corn syrup and salt in top of double boiler.
Beat about 1 minute until blended thoroughly. Place over boiling water.
Beat constantly with electric mixer on high speed until frosting stands in peaks, about seven minutes, scraping sides occasionally with rubber scraper.
