Seven-Minute Frosting
Seven-Minute Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. dark corn syrup, 1/3 c. cold water and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place all ingredients except vanilla in double boiler.
Beat 1 minute with beater.
Place over boiling water and cook, beating constantly, until frosting forms stiff peaks, about 7 minutes. Don't overcook.
Remove from boiling water. Pour into mixing bowl. Add vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency, about 2 minutes.
