Seven Minute Frosting
Seven Minute Frosting is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with c. granulated sugar, c. cold water, egg whites, . light corn syrup and . vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In top of double boiler combine sugar, cold water, egg whites, corn syrup and a dash of salt.
Beat 30 seconds on low speed of mixer.
Place over boiling water (upper pan should not touch water).
Cook about 7 minutes while beating constantly on high speed of mixer or until frosting forms stiff peaks.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Beat 2 to 3 minutes or until of spreading consistency.
