Seven-Layer Mexican Dip
Seven-Layer Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium avocados, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning.
On a large flat plate, spread bean dip in a large circle.
Top with avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture. Follow this with onions, then tomatoes, followed by olives.
Cover all with grated cheese.
Chill until ready to serve with corn chips.
