Sesame-Garlic Cheese Spread
Sesame-Garlic Cheese Spread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. sesame seed, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature), 1/2 c. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. minced parsley and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place sesame seed in a small frying pan over medium heat; cook, stirring often, until golden.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in Ricotta or cottage cheese, parsley, garlic salt and the sesame seed.
Mound in a small serving bowl; cover and chill as long as 1 week.
Before serving, let stand at room temperature about half an hour.
Serve the cheese spread with raw vegetables.
